The Sam's Club Diet

In case anyone is wondering, I'm making up for lost blog time at the insistence of Natalie. It's not that I don't like blogging, I just don't do many things I consider blogworthy. I've been at school for almost a year and a half, so most of my life revolves around friends and people that no one in my family knows. So if it seems to you like some of these posts are contrived and designed to take up space, you're right. For example:

Hi, my name is Richard. All my life I've been a chubby kid. Sam's Club changed all that with their 12 month diet. For 12 months, I was paid to push shopping carts for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I could eat all of my favorite foods in large quantities, and I would still lose weight. Sounds too good to be true? Just look at the results:

Before

After

There's proof, everyone should work for Sam's Club.

Thanks for filling my request. Even though I have seen some of those pictures before. I still won’t mind seeing pictures of friends we don't because we want to know what you are doing. Oh the play was really good and funny. I would recommend for you to see it but your are on the other side of the country.

From Krista:
Are you wearing a girl shirt in that picture? I heard you run every day. Is that true?

From Anna:
I love you! Richard why are you wearing a girl shirt? You are my best brother. (I wrote them just like she said it.)

About the girls clothes... let me 'splain. No, there is too much. Let me sum up. Yes I am wearing a girl's sweater... and girls pants and a princess belt. At the end of Freshman year, they had a DI box in the girl's hall, so we tried on girls clothes during visiting hours. And yes, I did take one pair of corduroy pants home, but I haven't worn them.

And about the running rumor, I did run almost every day during the summer, but I stopped when Fall semester started. Recently I started to run and lift weights with my roommate four days a week.

Richard,
Is there a Sam's club in Calgary and do they hire 50 year old women? What can I say--you're amazing. Let us know when the big letter arrives. Any premonition about where you will be going for the next two years? Good luck.
